  1. Here we go again with another amateur play at 1B...Looked like an error to me by HanRam
  2. I think Porcello would have gotten it done a lot quicker last night but I respect them taking him out w his pitch count
  3. My bad...Yeah i think he needs to be replaced as a closer..That was dispicable last night...Barnes looked ok last night!!!
  4. Farrell is still too passive
  5. HanRam can either play LF or alternate with the Rookie or sit the bench as far as I'm concerned....Hill should be playing 3rd....Leon should be catching as much as possible....Either way, we still need a new manager as well....With Buccholz in the pen...I probably would have pinchhit for Price earlier in the game(the inning he grounded out, just before LA got all their runs)
  6. Would Someone agree with me that Travis Shaw should be starting at 1B?.....There are plenty of other flaws that need to be fixed but can we at least start here??? Btw why is Pedroia batting 4th and Bradley 2nd????wow
  7. So are they resting Leon today? That hurts not having him in the lineup
  8. To whom it may concern: It aint about which players you bring in to play anymore. Boston has talent and probably enough talent to make a postseason run. We need a manager that knows the game of baseball(Situational, positioning). I'm tired of watching guys play positions that they shouldnt be(Hanram at 1st/Brentz in LF). Put Hanram back in LF, Shaw/Ortiz at 1B. In little league, they tought me the play is at home plate, in a close game, with a guy on 3rd, and 0 or 1 outs. Apparently, the play is still at 1st base, according to John Farrell and the Boston Red Sox. Im sorry but, in a close game every run counts!!! Its the little things that make or break ball games. This is why this team continues to lose close ball games, very meaningful ones as well. Until this is corrected I don't see this team going anywhere. I dont care which players you call up or trade for anymore, this needs to be fixed...!
  9. Any chance Kimbrel could be converted to a starting pitcher?
  10. Sometimes I wonder how Farrell won it it 2013...The team must have been so good that anyone could have managed the team
  11. I think Buccholz is a strong reliever but thats it
  12. This team will not go anywhere making mistakes like this
  13. time for a new coach i think
  14. Then Farrell prematurely took him out of the game
  15. He looked strong I thought...defense blew it
  16. Actually 2 dropped balls
  17. In fact I think it was a premature move to take him out of the ballgame
  18. 1 of them was not his fault...dropped ball
  19. I think Buccholz looks great from the bullpen....Hopefully thats where he stays...btw whats the status on Kelly?
  20. Why are the Sox talking about bring back Joe Kelly as a reliever??? From what I've seen, I think Kelly is one of the best if the not the best starting pitcher for the team. I understand he has struggled to stay healthy, but I think he starts before Bucholz, Rodriguez, to say the least.
  21. excuse me Farrell*....im a lot less concerned about the spelling at this point
  22. Why are we waking the Rangers 3rd batter to bring up Adrian Beltre with a guy on 3rd in the 7th inning today...I just don't understand some of the coaching decisions Farrell is making lately....Including JBJ's bunts against the ChiSox
  23. Too many fundamental mistakes lately....Im not so sure about coaching staff
