    We won’t make the playoffs most likely but the good news is that we will probably finish ahead of the Yankees.

    They are teeing off on him but to be fair he’s had to watch a bunch of clowns in the field.

    I think they would have been a non playoff team-just like they are now. But maybe we would have had an extra prospect for when the team is relevant again

    Devers chokes again. Call it a base hit but Devers should have made that play. Casas allows a ball to get threw him too. I’ve seen little league teams play better defense.

    Paxton sucks. We should have traded him when other teams might have given us something more than a bag of golf balls for him. Meanwhile Yoshida makes his contribution to the circus.

    Looks like this one isn’t quite over. Whitlock has sucked since his return.

    We have the toughest remaining schedule of the wild card contenders. Astros 7x. LA. Orioles. It could happen but imo it’s unlikely at this point. The good news is that we are better than the Yankees.

    Both of those teams are better than we are imo. We lost 3 at home against the Jays and couldn’t even win a series against a pretty bad Nats team.

    Even though the season is likely over as far as the playoffs go it’s still good to thrash the Yankees

    It’s the nail in the coffin. Season over. Glad they didn’t become buyers. On to next year!
