  1. Like most MLB hitters when they are served a meatball right down the middle even Rafaela can hit it. But unlike most hitters he has absolutely no idea about the K zone. Watching him swing at balls a foot outside is getting old. Its going to cause him to drift down to his level as a hitter, which has been BELOW AVERAGE for his career. By the end of the year he'll get there.
  2. I recognize a bum with a bat in his hands far better than you do, obviously. Enjoy this little flash in the pan by your hero. Once pitchers realize they never need to throw him a strike he’ll be back to his old incompetent self with an OPS+ closer to his career number which is 92.-below average.
  3. He still has zero plate discipline. That’s why he’ll find his natural level: striking out a lot on balls a foot off the plate.
  4. Why anyone throws Rafaela a strike is beyond me. He’s pretty good at hitting balls thrown down the middle, like nearly all MLB hitters.
  5. Rafaela k’s on a ball a foot outside. He still isn’t ready for prime time. His flash in the pan will end soon because he has no plate discipline.

  7. More little league baseball. This is an awful disgusting team in the field.
  8. Why isn’t Mayer playing? They brought him up to sit on the bench??
  9. Just tuned in and the FLOPS have already committed an error leading to a run. They deserve last place
  10. Of course they did. Their team just got swept at home by a very mediocre team. I’m sure that wasn’t the only reason but it certainly was the last straw.
  11. I believe that even Moon gave up on his ability with a bat.
  12. I can’t believe the turnaround Rafaela has had. I thought he was a lost cause.
  13. That and committing the second highest number of errors in baseball this year after leading the league for the previous couple of years.
  14. Eaton bounces a routine grounder on the throw to first. It’s no wonder these bums never make the playoffs anymore.
  15. I disagree It was catchable with a good effort. He slowed down waiting for Story to try to catch it.
  16. Duran held up on that bloop. He should have charged it hard. He could have caught it. You give a team five outs and you’re likely to lose.
