    He's hitting below 200 right now for the AAA affiliates of the Guardians. I don't see him ever as being more then a .250 \ .310 \ .390 kind of guy. Probably a AAA career in the making.

    Ortiz said he is having issues with his foot. If they were contending he would play through it but tonight there is no reason to risk it.

    When Phelps keeps his change and curve down they're really nasty. But I saw him leave a good amound of them up this season.

    I'm pretty sure Pedroia would be a better catcher then Salty with just a little bit of practice. Peddy is short, he has good reaction and glove, strong arm with quick release and high baseball IQ which would allow him to call pitches well. Also he works hard as f***, plays through injuries (Which is vital for a catcher, Salty does it too though) and he is better then Salty at talking to pitchers even though he's a second baseman. Salty is a really bad catcher. I don't care if he hits 30 HRs a season.

    Making Salty our day to day catcher is an insult to Varitek.

    For the record, I called it. But this year calling out how stupid the management is isn't very hard.

    Morales should never pitch past his 100s. Especially in this kind of situations.

    Get him out now. I don't want to see Morales pitching into his 100s to the top of the order.

    Stop hating on Lester. He sucks a bit now but he isn't and ass and he actually cares about the team and his performance. He isn't like Beckett or Lackey. Get rid of Beckett and Lackey. Too bad nobody wants them. At least we're getting rid of Matsuzaka.

    Aviles should play some third, he has a good arm but minus range for shortstop, but as a secondary third baseman he should be good. 2 Years? s***, I thought I have a month and a half and then I never have to see him again.

    Even though tomorrow game is a noon game and I'm up anyway I think it's best to lay it off. Maybe our guys would have some success in London.

    I think everybody was talking about how bad the offense and rotation was, and Aceves got jealous. I just never heard of a closer with a weakness to clutch homeruns.
