How does that even make sense?
For some reason the Sox resigned Podsednik after trading him... I thought they should have kept him in the first place as a serviceable 4th OF in the first place, but it's not like a 4th outfielder is exactly needed..
I knew that 2011 Beckett (pre-september) was just too good to be true, but I held out hope that maybe he would break that even year odd year thing and actually pitch well.. I was fooled.
Beckett, Lackey, Lester, Punto, Aviles (We have better options at short, right?) Melancon, Salty, Crawford, Dice K, McClure, and Valentine.
I feel we should also think about who they should have kept that they didn't keep..
