    I'm really pissed off about our lead only being 8.0 now, I really want to win tonight, or else we may as well kiss out hopes of retaining the lead goodbye, with Matsuzaka, Schilling, and if he loses tonight Beckett all proving their big catch wrong-that such great pitchers in a row of a rotation can stop losing skids.

    I'm not quite sure why I actually left, but hey, I'm back. And I'm really pessimistic about our boys, the Wankees are heating up and we've been s***. But hey, here's to another summer of disappointment.

    Sorry if this did not deserve its own thread, but I wanted to know everyone else's feelings on this matter. Even though it happens annually now, the talk of Manny Ramirez being traded this year is heating up and it is looking more and more likely he will leave. I, for one, am interested in the Red Sox's baseball operations, and I obviously want them to do well. I understand Manny is getting older, but: Does anyone feel like they will be extremely sad if Manny Ramirez leaves? I know I will, even if we get a great trade for him. I will be happy about who we recieved, but just losing Manny will kill me. I love the guy, and even though his antics are sometimes annoying, I personally find they add to the character that is Manny, and are even sometimes funny. How do you guys feel?

    I honestly don't want to rid of Manny. I love him and all, and I realize why he should be moved, but I just don't want to see him go. I don't see anyone who could realistically replace him.

    Hello. I need the picture of the sports page of the NY newspaper with the cover about Giambi admitting to taking steroids. I believe it refers to him as a "bum." I looked everywhere, including google, and found nothing. And I need it because an ignorant Yankee fan friend denies there was ever such a cover.

    But the FIFA rankings are shite. USA's 5 I believe. That's overrating if I've ever seen it. Don't get me wrong, I love the USA and their team, but thats just not a good rating for them.
