    with the amount of depleted Outfield we have and closer bullpen issues, i think i find solace that we are still in the mist of things. tonights game and next couple series would be definitive of where we are going to stand, we have been playing good ball last 10-12 games and we need to continue that streak.. keep it rolling ... i say Bard is going to stymie Orioles tonight.. its about time ..

    i hear ya and i also like you stats, but at times we have dug a hole for ourselves and this is the time to come out of it. i dont care what their pitchers have done cuz no matter who we face at times our hitters are clueless suddenly after a good series win at phillies but bear in mind Lee is coming of an injury and might have been rusty... for starters some solid performance from Bucchy tonight. he needs to keep them off balanced. one pitch one inning at a time. that is what the great catcher Jason Varitek preached. man do i miss him at times. that calm confidence and him being incharge..

    Aviles to outfield I am all for that move. If iggy gets up here. How can he be any worse than punto or nava btw the flyout rbi that nava caught if he would have gone to first base like every body pointed him to ..we would have been in the game...

    the commentators just mentioned he had consecutive games without giving up an ER. it was like 23 road games.. i think that figure is so skewed.
