    jung i think he has a point though, just like NFL coaches get 2 challenges and thats all. atleast if its so crucial part of the game like that strike to bernardina or the one to pedey.. it could change the outcome of the game in a good way. think about it. maybe 3 challenges, might be fair.

    I am at a loss of words right now. And I really hope they cone out of this funk soon otherwise we are going to stay at the bottom all year

    yep agree jung, but in the 7th inning after pods got the ground out rbi it would have been nice to get the guy from 3rd with a hit to get ahead.. we have lost some real tough games this season and we havent been able to catch a break. For the most part, our storyline has been either Starting pitcher like Doubbie or Lester blows to begin with and bullpen keeps it close but our offense cant get the lead, or we are in a close game with a small lead or a tie game and bullpen gives up that 1-2 runs. we are not being consistent and i really hope this 3 series away might gets us close.

    ahh s***.. the season is getting out of our hands pretty quickly. should have swept the O's and could have easily taken 2 out of 3 if for some timely hitting. but BP cant hold it.. goes to show we still have a mediocre bullpen. Ace was so good last year in tie games.. dang it.. need a winning streak.. please

    Beckett as a DH.. have Papi at 1st and Gonzo in OF.. seems like Gonzo has good days at batting if he plays OF..

    yep that has been the story so far, he just is spending too much time thinking about what if that ball was a strike and lets the game get away way too often. that is what seperates you from the creme de la creme. you dont let few bad pitches affect the outcome of the game. and if we are seeing it i hope the pitching coach sees it too. Lester needs to dial it down a little. as the captain Varitek said and preached 1 pitch at a time. cant get ahead of your selves and start over thinking..
