I don’t see why not? Baltimore is projected to be garbage this year and not make playoffs anyway. So what do they get out of beating us? Kind of selfish of them if you ask me.

As a matter of fact, can we just sweep baltimore please. with the Yankees and Tampa coming up right after a nice 5 game win streak would be nice.

I'm down for an easy win! These come from behind wins are nice but a tad stressful. Even though it's early in the season.

It's all we can do at this point.... Part of me thought I was silly for thinking Sale would be playing hurt when he was throwing good in the first two innings against the Jays. He even had a 95 m fastball..... but once those two innings ended I was starting to have my doubts again. -

Ya everyone has cold stretches and bone headed plays at times unfortunately. This slow start could be impacting him and the rest of the team. He will figure it out.

Ya I definitely think we have some areas to improve on but bat stats we are still 13th in the league and that is with laying an egg in the Oakland series. Being shut out twice and the final game just 3 runs. We aren't losing games because of the bats in my opinions. Especially that Seattle series, if the rotation pitched to what hey are capable of we win that series. 24 runs in a 4 game series should be enough to beat anyone or at least split the series. The Oakland series was a bit of a different story. The offense went to sleep.

If our rotation didn't suck so damn bad that might change. I don't trust even if we are up 8-0 we won't blow it lol. However it's only a matter of time till these guys get things going......hopefully.

They haven’t been pretty but it amounts to wins. I’ll take a win anyway we can get it. The bats have been awesome too.

Depends on the team and style they play. The New Jersey Devils in the 90's and early 2000's played the trap game. They rarely allowed an opponent to get more than 20 shots on net.... Lots of times would be more like 12 or something. Most boring system on Earth but it was very effective when done right.

Fair point, I do think we will get this rotation rolling eventually. Have said that from the beginning, but I just hope it isn't too late by that time. If we are 12 games under when they finally decide to pitch good we are really going to be hurting..... More so than we already are. Tampa at some point has to cool off one would think..... But they are looking red hot right now.

Perfect team for him to start a streak against. This game all starts with pitching. We can put up offense, the bullpen can close it out for us. This in my opinion will be decide how Nat pitches. I'll be watching hockey tonight but flipping to the Sox once and a while.

I absolutely love it. Regular season I am kind of meh about, but playoffs is when you get the 16 best teams and they are all playing to another level. Something about it is very entertaining. With that said I will still take Baseball playoffs any day of the week over hockey but I do love NHL playoffs. The game last night where Columbus came back from being down 3-0 to Tampa was stunning.
