    I just hate that it's against the friggin White Sox. Lose a series to the Jays and lose today to the White Sox with a pitcher of an ERA of nearly 7 lol.

    A bit of everything today. Sale sucked ass in the first and really killed the game early but rebounded. Walden has been solid but sucked, and the offense has been dead the last few innings. A complete team suckage all around.

    We should let Wally The Green Monster try batting. He might produce some runs.

    Walden has only given up 2 runs on the last 18 batters he has faced. He has been solid for us.

    Ya part of me is mad at Sale that he had an inning like he did... If he played the way he has the rest of the game we are winning. But on the other hand.... We should have 7 plus runs by now. This is ridiculous.

    Agreed. Credit where credit is due.... The Yankees are on another level this year. Dodgers are too.... Granted Dodgers have gone to back to back World Series so it's not as impressive but they are verge of 110 plus win season.

    How is Lopez shutting us down to three runs in 6 innings? We have a lot of hits..... Story of this team. Can hit the ball but turning them into runs is like pulling teeth.

    You can't write this script I swear. Sale struggles early and we get some runs.... Sale is now dominating and we go quiet lol.

    Dude.... You are making out like we are way out of a playoff spot lol..... We are still tied for the second Wild Card position and Sale until his last 2 starts has been rock solid. We might not be having quite the same season as last year but we are still contending which is amazing given that horrendous start to the season we had. If not for that ugly start we would be winning the division. It's still a long season and we are 10-3 in our last 13 starts. Sale isn't what he was last year but he is still good.

    He is still only 30 and I don't think anybody expected this..... A decline this quick. Between that ugly start to the season and his performance against the Jays and now this.... It's pretty ugly though. He was rock solid his last few starts though.... Not sure what changed.

    Oh..... so he doesn't struggle against them? I wasn't the one that said it. To be honest I think Sale just looks bad period.... I don't think it matters who he is pitching against. Thank god this isn't the Yankees.

    I would say thank god he got out of that inning but 3-0 isn't exactly getting out of that inning.

    Fair enough. I just don't get why..... The White Sox are 5th worst in the entire league in offense. It's astonishing that Sale can't even get out of the first inning. Also scary that Sale was bad against the Jays too.... Hopefully it's just a mini slump.

    Might be glad I am trapped at work and missing the game..... This is sounding ugly already.
