I've loved him since before I even knew about the Sox-Yankees rivalry.

As a baseball fan, I am looking forward to the return of Derek Jeter. He has always been my favorite MLB player. He's such a role model to young kids. He's not stuck up like most athletes in big markets.

I understand. In fact, I went to Bay's first game as a Red Sox and still have the ticket. Friday, August 1, 2008 at 7:05: Oakland A's at Boston Red Sox. I probably have some pictures hidden in my computer somewhere.
