I wouldn't be surprised to see a rematch of last year's WS. The Dodgers seem to be getting hot at the right time. They definitely have the pitching to slow down the red hot Brewers offense. What a series that's going to be.

Eck is talking about how Guyer gets hit by pitches "to stay in shape" and Orsillo breaks into his trademarked cackle. I miss that right there. He used to laugh like that with Remy 2-3 times per game.

Nothing really suggests that he is going to stink it up. He's probably been our most consistent arm this season. But, considering that it's Eovaldi going, Porcellos does not in fact need to pitch the game of his life.

I'm with you. Everybody here knew we wouldn't sweep, so we were going to lose at least one along the way. Now, we lose 1, tying the series at 1-1, and you guys are acting like the season is over. The Red Sox don't deserve fans like you. If you guys are going to quit, you don't deserve to be a fan of this team.

I'm rooting for the Guardians for a different reason. My aunt lives in NE Ohio and is a huge Cleveland sports fan. I usually root for the Guardians year round, except when we're playing them

I know. That is why I'm glad I didn't travel with my boys this week. I wanted to stay home and watch the Red Sox.

I agree that this is a fantastic time of year for sports. Now that I work for UConn football, I don't always get to watch as much as I would like, but I'm somewhat relieved that I didn't go with them to Memphis this weekend for that exact reason.

Yeah. Definitely E-Rod. I don't think that will happen though. I think Price turned the corner against the Yankees in that start he made in August to close out the sweep at Fenway

For some reason, I'm pretty calm watching baseball. Nervous/scared out of my mind, but calm. I'm much more animated watching football. People that are in the room with me say I act like a coach.
