    Everyone looked lifeless at the plate. Romero walks Ells & Pedroia but Gonzo, Youk, Ortiz cannot do a thing (okay, sac fly to advance runners woopee!!) is disheartening. It's only the first six and we have the one extra win that we didn't have last year that would have put us in the playoffs, so... if only the red sox can now replicate last year w/a better sept starting on Friday the 13th.

    Couldn't take it any longer. Bought 1 month of MLB.TV Premium to test it out. Not sure how many games I'll even watch since a)live in cali & b)work in the early afternoon-evening. Probably paying more & buying the whole season worth. NFL needs NFL.TV!

Guarantee that Red Sox Nation just COMPLETELY gave up on the ENTIRE baseball season. I mean, honestly. Red Sox fans give up quick! Might as well chalk this season up as a L, right? lol!

    There is so much negativity surrounding the Red Sox and the season hasn't even f***ing STARTED yet!! It's un-freaking-believable and yet totally normal for this to be happening. I want to see our god damn players play from the "hole" they are in before I start putting them in my rear view mirror. It sure does suck to see Bailey go down for 3+ months & now only being able to pray that Cherrington does something significant before/on the trade deadline. Anyway, I'm pumped for the season. Can't wait for the first game! I'm expecting an offense equal to last seasons and with Beckett/Lester/Buch being our anchors. Who needs a closer when you're up 8 in the 8th anyway? (lol the red sox do...)

    I wonder if the Broncos will pickup some RBs in the draft or cheap ones in FA? I mean, McGahee was awesome for them last year but you could just tell by the end of the season he was getting worn down & worn out. Interesting that Peyton chose to play at Mile High. I figured he'd be thinking SB more than anything and if he was why not go to 49ers? I heard somewhere that Harbaugh & him would never work together because both need a lot/total control. Brady & BB work together perfectly. 9ers got Moss, Manningham, Crabtree & Vernon w/ a killer RB in Gore aaaaaandddd a tremendous defense too boot. Broncos got a decent defense, but Pats shredded the s*** out of them in the playoffs. I dunno. Weird Peyton goes to Broncos. I wonder if he and Elway are tight? Anyway, Patriots FA signings are f***ing awesome so far. Inked Stallworthe to a 1yr deal, too.

    How can we possibly judge if moving Bard to the SP position was a mistake till the regular season is thoroughly underway? Just seems ridiculous to ask this now, "...We'll find out" is the best answer.
