  1. Sit down Jaso.
  2. Wow, Scutaro is batting quietly .294 didn't see it coming.
  3. TOR 1 NYY 0 after 2
  4. As I said, this gonna be a dogfight. Let's go Red Sox.
  5. September is a nightmare.
  6. At the beginning of the season his command was there and the butterfly moved a lot and fine. These days the ball is staying up in the zone and his command is horrid to such extent that Salty can't catch his balls anymore and BTW moving the basemen. He had a tremendous career, but it is time to go.
  7. For all of us as well my friend, for all of us; a lot of morbidity out there, Seems like Goliath is already injured this time before the fight and David looks just fine. This will be a street-dogfight, you bet. Can't wait. Hope we end this victorious after all.
  8. Nevertheless, some still blaming me and putting bad names on me, but they should read what is on my sig (Awesome movie BTW)...
  9. Well, as fans it often works that way I would say, We are reactionaries, and those attitudes are expected by a fan IMO.
  10. Hey Jacko, I Just read that he will require a surgery in the offseason, Can he come back plenty of his abilities after this kind of surgery? Kevin Youkilis to sit out Friday vs. Rays BOSTON -- Boston Red Sox manager Terry Francona announced after Thursday's 9-2 loss to the TampaBay Rays that third baseman Kevin Youkilis will not be in the lineup for Game 2 of this series on Friday. More On The Red Sox It's obvious Youkilis is hurting and is still bothered by the bursitis in his hip and the sports hernia he's been dealing with. He was in Thursday's starting lineup and was able to play six innings, going 0-for-3 with two strikeouts, but he was replaced by Mike Aviles in the top of the seventh inning. "He's sore and he's not going to play tomorrow," Francona said. "Actually talked to him before the game a little bit and had a good talk with him. We'll watch him. He's nowhere near pulling the plug on the season, or anything like that. But it's pretty obvious he's struggling out there." Youkilis said earlier this week that he needs to have offseason surgery to repair the hernia, but he thought it was something he could play through until that point.
  11. Fixed. This was supposed to be one of his best years in Boston since he is plenty healthy and still young, has his contract, his numbers pointed that, but it is far to be one. Hope he puts his s*** together, but iMO I'm not sure about him anymore. We'll see.
  12. "You have to understand that sometimes there is just nothing out there" "It's just a s***** situation, but it's nobody's fault." He is not paid to give these such kind of answers. Large Enterprises don't work that way (even SMBs don't work that way). The CEOs, GMs, Main Directors, Heads, etc. are always charged if the ship fails, no matter how or what, THEY ARE ALWAYS CHARGED. Are you excusing him again? Sorry dude, this is what is paid for in the first place; to plan, take decisions, execute and deliver results, over and over and over again. You have to understand that a GM is evaluated for the overall final outcome, if the the final outcome (whatever it means to JH) becomes a failure (especially back to back years) his head could be in jeopardy, you count on that. I have nothing PERSONAL against him (as you think I am), I don't even know him. I'm just pointing his recent performance as a manager (Outside In analysis), that's all. The symptoms and signs are there and you just can't hide them anymore. If you are incompetent and no longer deliver the expected results (Championships=Money, Since this team was built in order to achieve that), you have to go, and there is nothing dumb in there but the opposite, plain and simple common sense. IMO his cycle has ended.
  13. Agree. That's what I've been saying. Sorry but, a cycle has ended. This organization needs to be shacked. Give somebody else the management in order to build a real and solid depth.
  14. Tomorrow shall be our day guys...We need to take at least 2 of this series, and tomorrow our ace is on the mound and on National TV. Let's Go Red Sox!
  15. I thought you were agree. But just in case. GMs are always charged for the overall final result.
  16. +1 Back to back injury seasons is not a coincidence. Lack of planning and execution in effect out there. Since Theo is the head of this organization, he is fully responsible of the final result.
  17. I was sarcastic hehehe . You were totally right. This is Theo and his crew fault. It ain't other way to see it despite the injuries. If this team doesn't make the POs again or go out early once there some heads will roll, and Theo's head could be leading that list, you bet.
  18. Don't look at me, look at Theo and his crew. :harhar:
