  1. Sure, and that goes on Cora too. It's a wreck train top to bottom.
  2. That's not what I saw few days ago at MLB Network. It was above 200 M.
  3. Well I think I can name plenty of teams with a similar payroll and even less which are fairly better.
  4. As I said in other thread, this team is not rebuilding nor contending. They are mediocre and arguably bottom 10 team in all baseball. It has no direction. The farm is not even close to be one of the best either. Aside Mayers, who else is elite and close in the pipeline? None. He let walk Xander and while keeping Story. He let walk Renfroe also. He signed Devers, but for what? Casas is still a question mark. Dalbec is nothing but mediocre. Arroyo, Tapia, Refsnyder, Chang, Hernandez, Wong etc are utility guys and some of them play almost every day. We also have big chunk of old wounded dogs/injury prone at both sides of the plate, and don't let me start at the pitching. He still thinks this Oakland A's baseball. It is not. You might argue that he want to run the team like LAD (ie like TB with steroids), and I was one of those who thought he would, but it is not even close. And you know what is the funny thing? This is still a 200+ M payroll team. Yes, he has to go already.
  5. This team is a joke, starting with Cora in this game. Why in the hell did he take Kluber out of the game?
  6. It’s a shame that guys like Trout, Othani and Devers waste their careers in teams like this.
  7. I wanted to give Bloom the benefit of the doubt after that miracle ALCS appearance. Right now they are nothing but a mediocre team which is not rebuilding nor contending. Also the farm is light years away to be ready if so. Yes, they signed Devers, but for what? This an old wounded horse named The Boston Red Sox isn’t going anywhere for a long time. Bloom has to go. JH with him. Thanks for everything but we have to move on.
  8. Naahhh just mediocre. Something around 500. They need to spend big bucks. The farm is a f desert.
  9. This team is not rebuilding nor will compete against contenders. We are the definition of mediocre. Bloom has to go.
  10. This team has been very weak since 2019, most of the years.
  11. The offense without Duval is mediocre at best. Devers has nobody around.
  12. Losing Duval was really brutal. He was the guy who gave life to this lineup. If we win a game out of this series I’ll be surprised.
  13. I don’t think this is a good explanation of our suckness which goes beyond this series. We have become a mediocre franchise which seems to go no where.
  14. Wow we are about to be swept at home by the f’ Pirates. Not to mention they arguably have the worst offense in all baseball. Geez what happened to this franchise man?
  15. Geez this pitching staff is beyond pathetic. It’s the f***ing Pittsburgh Pirates offense for God’s sake.
  16. Wonder whether Ort is capable to lock this down.
  17. We won despite Sale in a dramatic fashion. Also, do not forget that the game was 7-1. It’s a script for a movie. Just wow! Said that, the rotation is a serious concern.
  18. Plus, O’s looked like profesional thieves. They stole the bases all day long.
  19. My guess? Cora gave up after Brasier. He didn’t believe we could come back.
  20. This is what happens when you leave bums like Brasier too long.
  21. Feel sorry for the people who showed up for this s***** show. Btw, while Brasier has allowed 3 thus far, could be worse. Speaks volumes of this bum.
  22. Wow, wonder how/why Brasier made the team, again.
  23. ...and here comes Brasier.
  24. Wow! Way to kill a rally.
