  1. How many Blown Saves do we have this year?
  2. Remember Pal, This is rocket science. Ben, Move!
  3. Well, I thought you were pleased with them. Hell, we lost an elite arm. Maybe the only true ace in our pitching staff.
  4. Somehow this Pap debate always back .
  5. Yup, I would have. He is not another "reliever". He shuts down in the ALE. I wanna see your boy Bailey or Melancon doing that through 7 years, constantly and mostly with durability. Good things in life cost, and he is one of the best in that position (to me the best these days)... even in the next, say 5 years. I do not see decline here (SV). But that's me, of course.
  6. Bottom line. Paps would have represented at least 5 more wins this season. Look at the key collateral effect. Aceves to mid reliever spot and Pap saving as usual.
  7. Nervous? Lackey, Wakefield, Miller, etc. Those didn't make me nervous, They made me panic. Last September's name was Starting Pitching. They taxed to the BP and offense.
  8. This. At least we would be very close, 1 or 2 games back, For example, I remember those Det and NY games where we blew in big or even yesterday's game. Plenty of examples this season. Take 4-6 games and our position would be very different.
  9. Probably... Remember, our offense has been very good, again. Problem is that our pitching is s***ing the bed... again. As I said, this team is tremendous unbalanced.
  10. Yup, charge that to Benny boy, oh sorry, I meant the FO.
  11. Some are talking about regression?, ... "not that good"? hahaha he is 3.18 ERA (2.94, last year) with 90% SV (91% last year) whata hell are we talking about?, whata regression, Sounds like Lackey's one... hahahaha C'mon, he's been very good in Philly, and is only half season played, regardless his durability is out of question. It's funny how people support s***** players and pound elite players like him. His contract worth each penny, thus far. I simply do not see a decline or "regress" in coming years. Remember, he is paid to save games, nothing more, nothing less, and he has 90%, for God's sake... Do not be surprised if someone come with other s***** stats in order to confuse/complicate his case. Yes, we would be at very least 5 games better in the W column if he were here.
  12. We shall win this kind of games....this was winnable.
  13. Nice AB by Papi
  14. And just like that we gave up the lead.
  15. I wonder why managers don't see these kind of things, to me this move should have been done.
  16. Gone! f***ing yeah!
  17. This is the Clay a want to see in the 2nd half.
  18. Great win. For 3rd game in a row, Pedro the man of the game.
