  1. Well, he looks more like a rapper than baseball player, that’s for sure LOL!
  2. I would like to see our opening day players play together more often, but according to Cora’s strategy is not going to happen.
  3. Xander has to steal that base.
  4. We own Colme. Walk it off!
  5. It was working just fine an hour ago or something, probably it’s something temporally.
  6. Me. Seems like the fantasy app is not working.
  7. Swi is not going to have a lot of chances in this team, and the few he has gotten are not helping him to get more.
  8. Great couple of def plays.
  9. LOL! You’re right.
  10. Yeah! We have elections for president in a couple of months. It would be perfect LOL!
  11. Velazquez for president of Mexico LOL!
  12. It wasn’t even close Mitch.
  13. JD loves the other way. Keep rolling!
  14. This should be all for Pom. They need to see what’s wrong with him.
  15. That DP came from nowhere LOL!
  16. Time to call Velazquez if Pom gets another hit or a walk.
  17. Well, this is not what expected from Pom. BTW why didn’t Price start tonight?
  18. I fully expect a great night of Pom. Snell is their best guy, but still.
  19. So the other years don’t help but this does? Thus far he is a 86 SV% closer— My guess wasn’t that bad LOL! Yeah, the sample doesn’t help. A closer is typically your best RP. IMO Miller is better than Allen, but Miller doesn’t close. Think about it. Probably Miller wasn’t the the best example, but would I give him Kimbrel’s money to play as a closer? Hell no. The 9th inning is not for everyone —check out how many succeed trying to replace Papelbon no named Kimbrel.
  20. 86% is not an elite number to me. Miller is an excellent set up guy, but a closer? mmmmmm... the fact he is not, probably speaks volumes. The point is that the 9th inning is not for everyone.
  21. Well, I have some bad memories watching him closing. I have to check the numbers, but I could bet that his career SV% is not even 85%, which is not what you expect from a guy who is that good.
  22. Regarding relievers, I think most of us think that most of them are crap shots. On the other hand, only a dozen or fewer can handle high leverage situations decently while staying relatively healthy, but not year after year consistently. Only a handful or fewer can handle consistently high leverage situations year after year while staying healthy —Kimbrel is one of them. Also, As I always have said, the 9th inning is not for everyone regardless the stats under your belt —Look at Miller, excellent reliever (setup man), awful closer. Said that, pay the man.
  23. JD looking good in the OF too. Let’s make a couple of runs insurance.
  24. Can’t wait to watch him at Yankee stadium with Mookie, Beni and/or Hanley on base.
