    Based on the same freaking logic that you used when you said Dunn is on pace to hit 54. Hypocritical much? I said Salty is on track to hit 30+. 17 HR in 71 games is on a pace for 32 in 135 games.

    OBP is different, you're right. But Salty has always been a big HR guy. When has he ever played 135 games? He has hit 17 in 71 games to date. He is definitely a 30 HR threat, no question about it.

    Adam Dunn got 4/$56mm. He's a guy who will hit you around 30-40 HR a season as a 1B/DH, but K a boatload of times and hit for a low average. A catcher who will hit you 30+ HR, hits for a low average, and K's a ton is just as valuable. You could definitely get a good return for Salty.

    I disagree - He was just protecting the plate. What about when he was on 1st and Axelrod was clearly more worried about him than Ortiz? By the way, how bad would it suck to be the pitcher with Crawford on 1st and Ortiz up?? Brutal.

    I am a big fan of the new NESN scoreboard, myself. It looks much more sleek than the old one. The old one was a bit outdated.
