It's so great to have a thread about this over half the teams in the MLB would die to have anyone of those players as there number 3 hitter. i Really dont care if its L,L,L (well maybe a little ) i just want to see them in action.
I understand that i just think its harder for price to get the wins and numbers that felix did, persay price facing the yankees lineup and CC then going into boston and facing Lester. He for sure had a season to remember i just believe that the voters should take into consideration pitching under pressure and the significance of the games.
Patriots play the rams in Foxborough. Big game for the pats as the starters will probablly go 3 quarters seeing belicheck will want to see how his starters do coming out of the locker room in the 3 with adjustments. Wish we could be playing a better teams in arguablly this biggest game for our starters.
yeah he caught the 2 out of the inning and ibanez made a great play to get the 3 out, stabbing Michael bournes bunt and diving to the bag before bourne got to it
Pretty cool im watching the Phillies game right now and Roy Oswalt has to play left field because all players were used off of the bench and then Ryan Howard was ejected in the 14th thus moving Ibanez to 1B and Oswalt to LF
Thats smart to compare it to BJ Upton, i feel as if the sox sign a big outfeiler a la werth or crawford and shure up the bullpen, and sign a player to a 1 year deal either at 1B or 3B to wait untill the 1B market opens up in 2012.
Rich Harden pitched into the 7 with a no no but had a pitch count at 110 and was just off of the DL, he issued a walk with 2 outs then was pulled by the coke addicted manager. He was then replaced by matt harrision for 1 out. Darren O'day then pitched the eighth and gave up no hits. Finally the ninth inning came along and texas put in their closer Nefatli Feliz who got one out in the 9 but then faced mauer who got a hit off him breaking up the no hitter.
Damon has no arm, and his fielding is horrible i dont see how this helps the team, the sox should leave kalish in the everyday lineup so he can get more major league experience
