    Does anyone else want to say they want Clay Buchholz on this team? Pomerantz had a spectacular night and Clay Buckholtz s*** the bed by giving up 5 runs in 3 innings and left the game with a forearm strain. Believe it or not, Dave Dabrowski knows what he is doing.

    It would be a real travesty if Chris Sale doesn't get the win today. He's been nothing but an ace for these past two games and he's gotten zero run support.

    The Red Sox have the record they do because they've gotten pitching that has at least kept them in the game. Last year, and years prior to that, if they didn't produce 10 runs a game, they weren't winning. I'm sure the offense will come around when this flu bug is gone, and everyone is healthy. But, I don't think they'll hit like they did the previous years. Nor do I think they have to.
