    I'm very supportive of LGBT rights, but I think it was a stretch for the San Diego Gay Men's Chorus to straight away bring the hate crime card into question over what appeared to be an honest mistake. Not sure how someone makes that mistake, but it does appear to have been an innocent one.

    I read he played the entire second half. That was a mistake by the coach. He overreacted to the loss and got away from the things that were working for Cleveland to date.

    At the time, I didn't want the 2003 series to be Red Sox/Cubs because Chicago was SO close to 100 years without a title, and how often would that ever happen again? Now I think back, I kinda wish it had been. Boston in 4, and the Cubs streak intact.

    I don't know enough to say for sure, but they committed a few mental errors on the basepaths in the Sunday game against KC.

    Kelly should not start another game for the Sox. I almost don't care who you get instead, but he's proven every time that he doesn't have starter potential.

    Other than lack of conditioning concerns, why wouldn't Panda be the full time DH? It's still too early in the contract to release him and the trade value is feeble.

    Terry Ryan was a good GM but lately I have to wonder about some of his moves. Promote the franchise's number one pitching prospect in a lost season, and then a couple weeks later send him down again right after one bad start. Sure, that won't mess with his confidence. And if the suggestion is Pat Dean will take Berrios's place, that's hardly an upgrade.
