    rather just not go there. He could still hit 20-25HR in a FULL season, which last time was 2009. He could be a 1B/DH for the Rays/Orioles. But I can't see him in Boston.

    130K in 100IP in his pro-ball debut? He has good stuff. BABIP inflated. His ceiling is very high. Can't remember the Red Sox having this much pitching prospects since 2008-2009.

    Cecchini is finally on the prospect radar. I have liked him since the draft. Swihart is another guy I think will be climbing up the ladder. The Usual suspects topped the list. Not much else to say about them.

    Johnson is due to make $13M and becomes a FA. If you trade Ellsbury and Doubront, it has to be for a younger starter who is under control. I wouldn't trade Doubront straight up for Johnson.

No team will lose a draft pick and give him multi-year) Sign Torii Hunter 2/18M I was thinking in the line of Swisher 4/50M, but he took a dump in the playoff. Poor defense and can't hit. They won't block Brentz, Bradley and Barnes, etc.

    Nope, he just a 30HR with a low BA and low OBP. His contact rate is only 73.8%, something you just can't overlook going forward. That's lower than Granderson's career contact rate.

    Trumbo is a 2WAR player, who has the making to become a HR or nothing type of guy down the road. Meh. You want him while in his prime and discard him quickly after. not all that high on Trumbo.

    "so much better"? Not really. Bailey didn't do squat in 2012, and 3 straight season over half of his service time were on the DL.
