    At this point in spring training all regulars play more, consistently. I expect them to get their s*** together within the next week. Spring training in the first 2-3 weeks are deceiving. It's mostly fillers who f***ed up s*** that makes things look worse than they actually are.

    The poison of FA is teams will usually take a hit at the end of those deals. Lester is a work horse and a 5 year deal isn't that awful. He's still a #2 that gives them 200+ and doesn't have an injury history. Sign him to a 5 year if that what it takes to retain him.
