That was a legitimate home run. You don't pull your starter in the 6th because he allows a bloop double to score. But after the second home run of the inning, he should have pulled him.

Yeah, it's pretty ridiculous that the team that leads the majors in home runs showed some power against him on a night when he had his worst stuff of all the starts he's made so far.

Pretty good for a guy with his shoulder hanging on by a thread, huh? And usually his stuff is much better. He hasn't had the normal velocity on his fastball that he's had the rest of the year, and he's struggled to locate his breaking stuff. He's better than a 4 something ERA kind of guy.

If anyone goes apeshit over Smoltz giving up a whole 2 runs , or claims it means we shouldn't trade Penny, I'm going to laugh at them. Just a fair warning.

Where did you eat, McDonalds? There are plenty of tourist traps in Quebec City (just like any other tourist destination) that get a kick out of charging naive tourists excessive amounts of money for really bad, and at times even microwaved food. But overall, the food and alcohol in a place with French influence is much better than American establishments.

I don't know how much exposure you've had to french culture, but they eat and drink better than any other culture in the world. The cheaper restaurants and bars in Quebec are on par with the nicer ones here in New York. And I don't know about you, but restaurants and bars are some of my favorite things.

Limericks are SO easy. All you have to do is rhyme the last words of the 1st, 2nd and 5th line together and rhyme the last words of the 3rd and 4th line together. I know you can do it!
