  1. For the record SCM, I was not calling you or anyone else in specific a pessimist. I have no problem with anyone criticizing the Sox as long as they are objective and don't have an agenda. What I am tired of is the wholesale negativism spewed by some folks around here and of course the lame-ass media. Why not just enjoy baseball?
  2. You know how I feel about Jets fans! Don't get me stahted!:lol:
  3. Do you guys remember when Dipre and I got banned at Redbirds? Lol! What a bunch of major douches.
  4. I disagree. The Yankees winning, the Sox winning. Natural order has been restored.
  5. Nice DP. I'm not so convinced that the Angels are such a big threat. And Soccia is the baseball version of Norv Turner. Just my opinion.
  6. 5-1 Yankees. The cream always rises to the top, eh?
  7. Hey Doc how are you? I'm watching the game. Are you?
  8. Why did anyone doubt that this line-up was potent? Health issues aside, The Sox are still stacked. I don't get the pessimism.
  9. Bowden is still young. I don't like his mechanics. But I have seen far worse in the bigs. Someone will grab him and I hope that he does well. Exposito's problem is he is "blocked" by Lavanway. Sorry dude.
  10. I am gratified to know this! The best thing is that the doom and gloomers are silent.
  11. Sox will win 3 of 4 at least. Pissah!!! You happy Lynn?
  12. Have fun kiddo.
  13. Lol! Poor Dojji.
  14. Welcome to The Rogue State! I love your avatar.
  15. I prefer to be optimistic here. I have nothing to add other than I think it's pretty cool that we have our own Doctor on this board that explains injuries and medical technology.
  16. I believe I sense sarcasm.
  17. I endorse this post.
  18. My Son was attending a Baseball hitting clinic at Strike One Motivated Sports. Nomar was the player associated with he clinic. The facility is located on the north bound side of Rt. 1. I was alone in the Divorcemobile (a 1987 Camry wagon) in the right lane when some ass whole pulled up behind me at about 40 mph. This dickwad was less than a car length behind me! I could not apply my brakes or there would have been a horrendous accident. So, I turned right into the parking lot at speed. Nomar was walking toward the building and I almost clipped him. He turned and gave me a puzzled look. I remember his expression. He had on blue jeans and a black fleece jacket with leather arms. He tipped his head to look over his sunglasses. It was f***ing embarrassing. About 4 years latter I met him at another camp at Bridgewater State College. I asked him if he remembered that indecent. He did. I apologized and he laughed. Nomar was a very nice young man in my opinion.
  19. I hope he makes it. Just goes to show you, you can't give up.
  20. Patrick Swazee (SP) played a drag Queen and pulled it off. I think A-Rod could too. I think I could start to respect the guy if he did this.
  21. Welcome to the Rogue State of Red Sox Nation. Have fun and post often.
  22. Yeah, none of this whole thing makes me feel very good about the F.O..
