    But you just said that Thor is a health risk and he has never pitched more than 180 innings. You also said to be worth the price he would have to make 30 starts. I am now confused by your statements. No, the Yankees will not have the best rotation in baseball. It would be improved, though.

    Sounds like just spinning wheels to have something to do. Any net gain in offense at catcher would be largely negated by the loss of a key utility player being replaced by an unknown. Pass.

    It is disappointing that they extended Mendoza. She sucks ass. That whole crew blows goats. A Roid is clearly the best part of that team and we all seem to despise him.

    Certainly. What Bell said is very true. Now with Evo back in the fold I say go get two relievers (one a closer), sign some minor league depth for any position especially catcher and pitcher. Done deal.

    I'm with you on this one. I thought 3/39 - 3/42 would have done it. I don't like 4 years but if he remains healthy, and there is a real IF about him, he could be a steal.

    I may be the only member on Talksox that believes Pedroia is done other than possibly DR Jacko. He and the Sox can make all the noise they want about how good he feels and how much he wants to play. His micofracture surgery was a last ditch effort to save his knee. Then he had more surgery late this season. I hope Holt and Nunez remain healthy for 2019. Of course DD can always swing a deal for a vet 2nd baseman again if needed.
