Even if it meant parting with Jon Lester and Jacoby Ellsbury in Boston, some see Felix Hernandez as a ace with few peers. I think [the Red Sox] would pursue King Felix, but not Greinke. King Felix is special. He's like Roger Clemens and Pedro Martinez, so he'd be worth the expenditure of players and cash. Greinke, to me, is in a different class. He's having a great season. He had a great season in his Cy Young year, but he's kind of up and down year to year. There are the anxiety issues that you'd have to be concerned about. His GM in KC was Allard Baird, Boston's vice president of player personnel. Not sure that Greinke would be suited for the Boston market. [Ryan Kalish] may be the CF or RF of the future.
