It depends on how long the rain delay is. I still see Sabathia going back out to get a shot at the win, but if the delay is long enough, then I doubt he'd be out there longer than that. One can hope though.

Plus, in many cases, if nothing else, many pitchers will hit the guy on the opposition who played the same position as the original guy that got hit/hurt. So Pedroia getting hit was an obvious (but fair) retaliation for Cano getting hit yesterday.

Just for the record, did I not say that this game wasn't going to be a good one? Did I not say that I was thinking about selling the tickets because I wasn't confident that the Sox were going to win? Yet a bunch of you (I know you who are) gave me an unsubstantiated stream of unmitigated crap, and in the end, I was f***** right. Boom Baby.
