  1. True, it does depend on value (if Dirk was still available at round 5 and I had a PF) it would be wiser to take Dirk than to take the person who would have been my 5th starter. It depends on value per pick. I just wanted flexibility so I can determine my lineup after I have the players.
  2. Not to mention the fact that Griffin's $5.3 million salary makes Dirk's $17.3 million a lot more tolerable.
  3. Phew, that makes me feel better. I was thinking about taking him before Dirk, and I knew that neither would make it to my 5th pick. I guess I took them in the right order if I was somehow able to get them both. Granted, my 5th pick is going to be tough because it'll determine where I put Dirk and Blake.
  4. It takes a lot of balls to do that, and if you fail, you'd better update your resume....
  5. And Divinity, it's your pick(s) in the redraft league.
  6. As is with every other question, my answer is "it depends", and in this case it depends on if you're able to sign Lee longterm (which I think the Yankees can do) and who the prospects are. Heck, if you pulled off the Lee deal, you might not have done the Burnett contract.
  7. Like I always say, Puff Puff and Pass.
  8. Divinity has 2 picks.
  9. I thought about Noah, but he had a few strikes against him. (Being that he was from UF, ugly as hell, and a bit of a pansy, but that's associated with him being from UF.)
  10. Anyway, Ytrb is on the clock.
  11. No, but I think it would be a good idea to do one. Earlier we talked about doing a backup QB as well, and that might be a good counterbalance (to make it an even number of rounds). Before anyone picks anything of the kind, we should get Kilo's opinion. If we keep expanding this draft then it'll never finish.
  12. How many detentions did you have?
  13. I'm just glad that Flynnatic didn't pick who I was gunning for. (I'm not ripping on his picks, but I thought he was going to pick who I'm planning on taking)
  14. Suns will have until 11:35 pm to pick.
  15. For boston22407's team, you have Devin Mccourty listed as an ILB instead of a CB.
  16. I think that Suns is up now.
  17. Flynnatic will have until 3:20 to make his pick here.
  18. Yeah, since Flynnatic had 2 picks and then Jacoby picks again, I'd pretty much guarantee that Harden would have been available for Jacoby's next pick.
  19. Flynnatic is up next.
  20. I just think that if we stop his team, that we'd essentially be building a league with one less team, and the players on MSU's team would be useless, since we can't fairly draft them off to other teams.
  21. I don't know, I think that if someone doesn't pick for MSU, then that means the players that he'd choose would all be available for our picks, which would defeat the purpose of having his team to begin with. It's hard to explain, but I think we might as well just keep picking for him since most of his team has been laid out.
  22. My point was that I was going to take Brook Lopez with my 2nd pick, but you took him before I could, so I ended up settling for Rondo.
  23. I'm not saying a damn thing until after you've picked.
