    The starters have done well, but they don't have the frontline guys to match up against Detroit. Boston's staff is deep, but to win in the postseason it needs to be top heavy. Without Buchholz, this team has no chance in the playoffs.

    Uh... @alexspeier: Henry Owens' amazing run of no-hit innings reached 19 1/3 before he finally gave up his first hit in the 6th. Nearly untouchable in trades.

    Ells is not a $20M a year guy. He just isn't who would pay $20M for a guy whose only weapon is speed? No one will pay that much for a guy with no power and a long injury history.
