The only MLB stadium turf I've ever been on was Olympic Stadium in Montreal. The turf was nothing like old Sullivan/Foxboro Stadium turf that really felt like you were at home playing on your driveway. The Olympic Stadium turf had a little give to it.
1. They ruined the midsummer classic.
2. It took away a lot of the mystique around the World Series.
3. The Sox are ending their season against a team with a win/loss record that has zero impact on them.
4. It allows the NL to have pitchers hit and the rest of us fans can enjoy the DH.
The water there is so much cleaner now that at one point there were several ideas about adding a beach on the Boston side of the river. My dog would always lap some of that water up when we'd walk around the city. He lived a good long life and enjoyed many afternoons snacking on sausages from street vendors outside of Fenway.
I will also be employing those Boston Dynamics robot dogs to usher and work concessions. They will be outfitted with fur and ears that can position themselves to show how the robot is feeling at any given moment (threatened, sad, happy, angry, etc.).
Also, why have a robot Don Rickles when you can just do a hologram version?
I have a few friends that are Cardinals fans and they all say that Cubs fans generally treat Cardinals fans worse than Yankees fans treat Red Sox fans. I've met a few Cubs fans, but have never brought up the question. I'll have to do so next time.
The rest of the AL East and the Mets are off limits to me. I'm ambivalent about the rest of the AL. The only MLB hats I've ever owned aside from Sox hats are: Dodgers (the black hat from back in the early 90's and a newer one when I moved out of LA), Astros (80's NL version), Cardinals (Navy version from early 90's), Phillies (maroon version for little league), Braves (alternate navy brim version for coaching t ball), Marlins (early 90's version with black brim) and Tigers (orange D). Most of those hats were NL hats (Houston was still NL at the time).

Someone check on the status of the duckboats!
Angry Crowd: The new MLB Commissioner is a shitposter?
Commissioner 78: Hello everyone. I would just like to say that we are going to institute robot umps for the strike zone, start a 20 second pitch clock, end interleague play, add teams in Montreal and Puerto Rico, move Houston back to the NL and Milwaukee to the AL, teams will be allowed to trade draft picks, blackout rules will go away, the Angels will be forced to retire Air Bud's number and all hot dogs will be replaced with veggie dogs.
Angry Crowd: Get him! Kill! Kill! Kill!
