    Do you think I have an Excel spreadsheet for everyone's takes on here? Be reasonable. Duran was brought up in trade discussions concerning Joe Ryan at the deadline. Ryan was discussed after the season ON HERE and Duran's name was included.

    The Rays moves are making a lot of sense. The Orioles are just getting marginally better maybe. I don't get it. They are making changes to show the fans they are making changes I think. The Alonso deal was a make good to the fans from the new ownership.

    They would not get a haul for platoon Abreu. Duran had one excellent season and is getting LESS calls than Rafaela according to reports.

    "We gave up some scrubs." Fajardo was the best player given up on the Red Sox side of the deal. Any rankings that had him 17th are out of date. He's far away, but he has a better ceiling than Dobbins. The deal is fine. It's the Sox saving money by spending prospect capital instead of FA capital. 💸

    If the DBags are able to go up to 6 years (reported), the Sox have no shot. Time to work on that backup plan.

    In order of how I think they'll work out: 1. S Gray 2. Bennett 3. T Gray (Guerrero may do well for Rays tho) 4. Oviedo et al (trade was fine, just will pitch like Sox Pivetta, Guzman may be decent) 5. Jackson (anything for Grissom was a plus) 6. Heyman 7. Watson (I think he's a rule 5 guy that gets returned TBH) 8. Hernandez 9. Ward (nothing there)

    Like how I'm feeling since the freakin' audit partner is doing the workpapers on the audit this year. What the hell guy? Economy isn't good to afford first year staff accountants these days I guess..
