CJ Liu is an interesting arm as he seems to be a low floor/MLB ceiling guy. Not sure he would be an MLB starter, but probably could be a multi-inning reliever.

Casas has hit really well the past two weeks. All of his metrics (k%, EV, WOBA) of trending in the right direction even as some of these other guys are going the other way.
