  1. For The Win!
  2. Welcome back, and if what you say is true, then ORS did a fine job picking up said slack, lol.
  3. That's because of his huge forearms, sir, be specific.
  4. There's a 20-pound difference between Pedroia and Uggla, so i fail to see how that is possible. Uggla's 200 and Petey's 180, but Pedroia is smaller.
  5. We won't be, because we're already expecting it
  6. http://blogs.sun-sentinel.com/sports_baseball_marlins/2009/01/ugglas-agent-speaks-about-the-future.html Here ya go.
  7. Hey, the truth needs to be told.
  8. "Sudden" Uggla has hit for power ever since he got drafted, amassing a .443 slg% during his 3-year minor league career, also hitting 64 homers, for an average of 21.3 homers per year in the minors, he's always had power, he simply came into his own or fine-tuned his mechanics after reaching the Majors.
  9. Jacko needs to get ready, since he'll need two father's day gifts this year seeing how ORS has become his daddy in this board.
  10. He gets a pornstar-level boner every time his name is brought up (I kid, i kid) But i get his drift, i mean, how else can you acquire an upper-echelon bat without giving up prospects? The problem is, he just doesn't fit with the Sox.
  11. Not me, i could care less as long as he consistently gets on base.
  12. His defense is suspect and we all know it, so the only talents he would be showing would be getting on base and tearing the cover off the ball as he has always done.
  13. "No one has signed him" doesn't mean there aren't offers for him on the table. I bet either the Nats or O's sign him, since they'll guarantee him solid money AND a position, not a "rotation".
  14. A 40 HR, .400 OBP, 100 RBI guy taking a utility role to "spell" Lowell, Drew, Bay and Papi? Yeah, not happening.
  15. Classic. I like you. Stick around.
  16. I was watching that game on MLB.TV, and IIRC, i think League's fastball caught Lowrie's bat by pure coincidence, he was over-matched.
  17. Foulke's 2004 can't touch Pap's 2006 or 2007, even if Foulke did have close to 20 more IPs, the peripherals are not even close.
  18. Impossible as long as the living turd that is diony and our favorite yankee fans jacko and Gom are around, so get used to it my friend.
  19. Why quote?, you're the only one who makes such retarded statements. I'd like to meet the doctor who failed the attempt at abortion that ended up becoming you, sir.
  20. If he can get it together and Ray comes back fine from TJ, the O's could actually have a decent pitching staff.
  21. Again, Trevor Hoffman says hello.
