    I don't think they do, really. The Guardians desire Major League ready starting pitching first and foremost. The Sox can provide it better than the Dodgers.

    Lee's also a pretty defense-dependent pitcher, and the defensive unit assembled behind him with Asdrubal Cabrera at shortstop is less than stellar.

    This. I'm all for keeping prospects, but they're both relatively young, proven performers. The farm system in itself can only take us so far. Part of the importance of the farm is to help supply ML talent as well. Now's as good a time as ever.
