  1. Lol wtf Papi?
  2. My problem is him basically getting talked into "the other inning" i'm not there, so i wouldn't know, but it seems fairly obvious.
  3. Pedroia says: "Shut your mouth"
  4. You don't think at this point, with the playoffs all but a lock, not overexerting our SPs is a good idea?
  5. Here's an example of my point. What the f*** is Beckett doing out there?
  6. It feels like he's showing his age really.
  7. Exactly. Besides, you directed sarcasm at me in the how good is Francona thread.
  8. Varitek probably robbed Beckett of a win. Well done, douche.
  9. We strangely agree on something.
  10. Lol Varitek blows cock.
  11. Lol tie game. But this time it's Varitek's and not Francona's fault. Why the f*** do we keep running Varitek out there?
  12. I know, but remember, no irony or sarcasm. His 950+ OPS in August and September is a much better way to help them shut their mouths.
  13. A) What does that bring to the argument? B ) He does it with some consistency, he seems to let himself get persuaded a lot by pitchers for that "One more inning". See: Smoltz, John.
  14. Your premise is wrong. I'm talking about leaving pitchers one more inning than he should. I'll refer to the Beckett vs Yankees game again.
  15. This, however, you can make an argument for. Except for his brain-fart against the Rays, his managing was impeccable.
  16. You know, you're really breaking our agreement, Kilo.
  17. This is actually one of my points. Am i the only one who sees Tito consistently leaving both SPs and RPs too long? It may not "hurt" in the long run, but keeping a pitcher's confidence (and of course allowing the less runs possible) is a very important part of managing.
  18. Exactly. As Doiji explained, there are none "In-Game Strategies" but "In-game tactics" take your beef to him. (I'm just messing with you man, but you know BP management could be better.)
  19. How about not sitting Drew against lefties because he owns them? OOOOH PUTTING THE BEST LINEUP OUT THERE!!!!11!!!
  20. Lol , this discussion was long and interesting enough to wash away any feeling of anger i may have had. If spark discussion was your intent, well done.
