  1. Do you ever read what others say before you post? Seriously, this is a completely honest question. Read this, which was posted by me in response to Doiji right before you started the shitstorm: Bob Klapisch, Foxsports.com
  2. The assumption was that he would no longer be able to play CF by the end of his contract. Fact: Damon became a LF, and didn't play even 2/3 of his contract as an everyday CF.
  3. I apologize. Jacko kicked your argument in the face by doing so.
  4. Then i challenge you to find me a logical scenario in which, in the context of this discussion, the Padres (knowing both Hoyer and McLeod both worked here) don't ask for what they know is the best talent in the Red Sox system.
  5. But the main targets are Buch, West/Kelly. all sources agree with that, because it's the logical way to look at it.
  6. Not if they all agree on exactly the same thing. It's clear San Diego is willing to trade him. It's also clear they want an enormous package for him. If you were a GM on a rebuilding team, wouldn't you ask for Casey Kelly/Ryan Westmoreland as centerpieces for any deal? And if you're working on a small-market team, would you target cost-controlled talent or near-arbitration talent?
  7. http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/rumors/post/Red-Sox-Padres-conversations-about-Adrian-Gonzal?urn=mlb,208455 I'll believe all the other news sources and Jacko ,this information has been relayed by a large numbers of news outlets. They can't all be making this up.
  8. Of course not. And even though half the league was worried about Bay's defense declining to the point where he would reach Hideki Matsui levels, and several articles have been written about it, (many of which i have posted) i'm making it up. Specially according to Jacko.
  9. If Lowell's still around, pass on Beltre. If they trade Lowell, welcome to Fenway! Hell, i'd rather have them play Lowell at first and Youk at third if he's still here.
  10. I've posted like four links besides that one. Dude always comes back with the same exact statement. Pretty humorous really.
  11. How can you be effective if you're giving up runs by the buttload? That's the point you keep trying to gloss over. You can't blame it all on the White Sox team defense.
  12. Lol ok. I've posted the link like 400 times. You don't click it, that's you problem. Believe what you will.
  13. Thank You.
  14. That's exactly my point.
  15. Did you actually read what i said in the post? If you did, what are you talking about? If you didn't please go back and do so.
  16. You've asked this question four times. Four times i've presented you with different links where Hoyer is quoted as looking for "Bucholz and one of Westmoreland and Kelly plus a couple additional pieces". If you want it, go back and find it yourself. Click on the links when they're presented to you.
  17. Nope. He is what he is.
  18. If you don't know what the actual formula is, or its applications, why are you talking about it? In the context of the formula "clutch" is a term attributed to performance in certain situations, not the usual (and laughable) application of the term clutch.
  19. Really?
