Vazquez and Leon have the defensive abilities of a starting catcher, and there is very few catchers in baseball who actually hit decently these days. We'll be fine with them as our catchers.

Yeah I can't really comment on his play last season, I didn't watch any rangers games besides when Sox played them, and I honestly didn't pay any attention to him. He has a reputation of a great fielder and maybe this is some kind of weird slump, but so far he doesn't look good at all.
