Jets looking like they'll hand the Titans their first loss. Patriots up on Miami by a field goal, late in the third quarter. Cowboys, Bills, and Bears all owning their respective games.

    You got your wish. The deal I mentioned above went down, except Mardy Collins is also heading to the Clippers. New York, with these trades, now figures to have enough money freed up in 2010 to potentially sign two of the marquee free agents out there.

There's also rumors that Randolph is on his way out of New York, possibly headed to the Clippers for Cuttino Mobley and Tim Thomas. Sounds like the Knicks are in official contract dumping mode for the LeBronathon in 2010.

    Assuming Lowell is subsequently moved, who's getting in Teixeira's way for PT? So he sits a few days in September while Lars gets a look. I don't 145 games played vs. 155 games played is a huge deal. And Lowell WILL be gone if Teixeira's signed.

    DipreG already stated the fact that he basically throws two pitches. That would make him better served for relief duty. I know he went 6 innings in all his starts last year, and that's great, but didn't Buchholz throw a no-hitter against Baltimore in his first year in the bigs? Nobody knew Buchholz, nobody knew Masterson last year. If Masterson is in the rotation this year, I don't expect to be for too long, and I don't expect it to go very well.
