    Let us see. So he leaves Marte and he gives up a grand slam and its Joe's fault. So he takes Marte out and brings in arguably the best closer in the game. He gives up a hit in 1st pitch - the lazy 2nd baseman did not want to move his butt and whose fault is it? Joe's of course. A manager is as good as his player's are.

    Saying anything about Tek in RSN is sacrilegious - you will be vilified immediately. There is no way in hell that Nixon and Tek did not take it. But at the same time - that does not discount him that he used to be a great player and he has done yeoman's service for this club. I do not view taking steroid in that era a crime. It was not unlawful and everyone else were doing it. It is hard to keep up with others if you do not do it.

    Biggest problem in the lineup is Mr. Captain. He won't sit down and you can't pinch hit for him. I hate to say this but unless he is on DL - no way Sox makes the play-offs.

    We need to make some ground in the division race - not much time left any more. The way bats suck at road is pathetic. We can never take advantage of runners in SP. I hate Tek. Lowell should be on DL. I don't what Ortiz's issue is - his hand or Manny.

    I know you disagree with clutchability. I am not that big on clutch either. Let us replace that with ability to bring runners home ( sometime with home runs) when runners are in scoring position that mostly result in a win for our team.
