    That's a shame. SEC college football is like nothing else in sports. Despite being a New Englander I'm a little surprised you haven't gotten into it after living down here so long. Yes sir, I go to school at Mississippi State.

    If Miller has truly regained his form then we really got a steal here. When he was pitching with Bard at North Carolina I thought he was a can't miss superstar, but he hasn't pitched well consistently in the bigs. He has great stuff, and I hope he's got it back together. The three walks in 26 2/3 is a great sign.

    Salty so far this month is showing why he was such a highly touted prospect. Hopefully he can keep it going to make an already awesome lineup even more dangerous.

    Toronto just signed Bautista to a 5/65 contract in the off-season so there's no trying to keep him. He's locked up for a while.

    That was good, but I especially enjoyed Gaby clotheslining Morgan because he's a punk.

    The College World Series is quickly becoming the SEC invitational. Vandy beat UNC 7-3 and Florida beat Texas 8-4 yesterday, and South Carolina most likely will be in the winners bracket after tonight. I'm rooting for Vandy to win it all.

    That was a great brawl. Morgan got what he had coming to him. If you're 5'7'' you probably shouldn't charge the mound when a 6'7'' Chris Volstad is pitching. Gaby Sanchez's clothesline was something straight out of WWE.

    I enjoy watching the M's too. I catch a lot of their games late at night. If they can fill out the rest of that rotation and be solid 3-5, they're going to be really good for a long time considering Felix and Pineda are a dynamite 1-2 and are both very young.

    Maholm has been getting terrible run support basically his whole career so this year isn't any different. I'm enjoying his season (and the Pirates, my 2nd favorite team) so far this year.

    Despite me being a huge baseball guy I actually have never been to a Travs game, believe it or not. Little Rock is close to three hours from me and I just haven't ever gotten around to it. I heard the new ballpark is pretty sweet. Also heard the old one was straight in the ghetto. I went to a Naturals game last year though when they were playing the Travs. One of my best friends lives in Springdale and he was working for the Naturals at the time. So you like living here? Got you a favorite college team other than UCA?

    Haha, the late 90s of WCW was good stuff. Then it just completely collapsed. One of the funniest parts ever was when Kevin Nash, Sixx, and a few other NWO guys did that fake Arn Anderson impression and in reality he had no idea they were going to do that. I heard he was beyond pissed about it. Hilarious clip though.

    Haha wow, small world. I'm not one for auto-racing or anything like that, so I actually have no idea about the tournament you're talking about, but that's funny that she was just here. My mom went to UCA too. She had a class with Scottie Pippen actually. I have several friends there. Have you heard about the new gray/purple turf UCA just got? I haven't seen it but it sounds hideous. A guy I went to HS with is actually one of their more solid linemen on the team. Conway is a great town. Only real drawback is that the traffic is freaking awful.

    Just wanted to say my favorite non-Sox player Paul Maholm is having an awesome season for Pittsburgh. He threw 7 innings of 3 hit baseball tonight against the Mets. The Pirates are actually surprisingly respectable this season (32-33), and I think a lot of that should go to Clint Hurdle who I think does a really good job as manager. I always root for the Pirates except when the Sox face them occasionally in interleague, like this year.

    Conway Wampus Cats! What's up man? One of my good friends is from Conway actually. I'm from Arkansas too, although being a New Englander I wouldn't really expect you to know where Blytheville is. I assume your wife is from Conway? Anyway, great to have you around here.
