    I'd gladly trade Buchholz for some catching. Maybe Laird? Or Salty (for the fact he married his high school teacher).

    I wouldn't be shocked in the least if Manny signs with the Yankees. I'm expecting him to go there.

    Okay so Theo has fifteen days to petend he lost Boras' and Tek's phone numbers and we're all in the clear. Sadly I see Tek coming back. And despite his amazing game intelligence, and his younger playing self, it's his time to hang it up. He just doesn't have the stuff anymore. I'd love nothing more than to see him as a coach/manager as someone already said here. Let's say he doesn't comeback, and eventually retires. Does the FO retire his number?

    I firmly disbelieve anyone who didn't pitch an entire season in one league should be eligable for Cy Young. That or if they only pitched a few games before a trade they could be eligable. But in Sabathia's case, despite his very dominant pitching to save the Brewers' season, I don't think he should get it. I'm going for Lincecum.

    Hamilton flared out after the All-Star break. Despite the feel good story, I don't see him getting the MVP. I'm shooting for Pedroia or Youkilis. I'd really like to see Pedroia get it. He plays a great defensive second baseman, and the guy can f***ing hit when everyone said just the opposite. ROY, WS Ring, and MVP is a excellent way to berth a life long career in Boston.

    I'm split betweeen Howard and Pujols myself. They both put up excellent numbers, and despite not making it to the postseason, I stilll think Pujols may have played better.

    This reminds me of last year when Dustin Pedroia had his injured hand all during the postseason. These young guys have balls.
