That's how it'll start, which is fine. But watch give it a few years time and they'll start instant replaying the looking strikeouts. -

So where's everyone stand on the issue? Personally I don't like it, it takes away from the game. I know umps can make s***** calls but it's part of the game. Baseball shouldn't have to take after other sports. And if anything it'll slow the game down more while the umps review the play.

The Hall would probably make it Boston because of the whole 2004 deal and his all around postseason domination mostly coming as a Red Sox pitcher. Regardless, the man's going to the Hall of Fame, no doubt, and whichever team he goes as, I'd just be happy to see him go. And when he does, I'm so going to Cooperstown for his induction.

Atleast wtih Curt being at a certain weight it'll keep him hopefully more healthy during the season. Sure is glad to know he'll finish his career and Boston. Here's to another season!

I could care less. Personally I'd rather Lowell, but I just find it ironic that A-Rod picks Boston as his number one place to go. Unless that's just more PA ********.

I wouldn't like to sign Bonds at all because he's only a one year thing. I'd rather tale a longer deal from someone younger. And Kilo, I see your point. $30 Million of 8 years is quite a bit and you'd have to be A-Rod to be paid that, something I don't see Theo doing. I would rather see Mikey resigned, but having A-Rod wouldn't be such a bad thing.

If we got rid of Manny, that would make room for Bonds, which would only be with us for a year. I'd rather something a little more long term, which is why I'd rather resign Manny, unless there's other good FAs out there.

Went to the cemetary today to see my great uncle. Turns out one of the grounds keepers is a Red Sox fan and all along had been watching over his grave with the two pennant flags. Still waiting to get a 2007 one but I went and brought a Ted Williams card and put it on his tombstone.
