  1. Yeah, i think the Skins are set with Jason Campbell for now.
  2. It's funny how quickly people forget how important Mark Bellhorn was.
  3. Hmm...didn't Helton already say he doesn't want to play for New York?
  4. Green Bay needs to draft a running back. Marshawn Lynch please.
  5. Hafner > Guerrero And what exactly are Jeter's tools? Hitting singles?
  6. Mike Hampton's contract hasn't crippled a franchise.
  7. The correct answer is Albert Pujols.
  8. Helton's contract is the worst in baseball.
  9. As of now the average age of each staff is 31.6 years old. In other words, you're both wrong.
  10. Yep. It's interesting to think of that when we complain about the state of the two team's payrolls...and there still is a huge discrepancy. But it's still something to think about.
  11. I'm pretty sure I can beat Corey Dillon in the 40 yard dash now.
  12. I'm geniunely shocked to hear you say that.
  13. Same can be said for future ace Philip Hughes.
  14. The Sox FO handled this very well. 1. Schilling has said he only wants to pitch one year. 2. With his age and health concerns, as well as the performance in the second half last year, it would not have been a smart decision to invest $13-15 million in Curt Schilling unless we saw what he could bring to the table this year. 3. Schilling has only been good for 25% of the last two years. 4. If Schilling pitches well to command a one year deal worth $15-17 million next year, the Sox will pony up the cash and give it to him. 5. If he sucks, cut bait. And finally, if they didn't sign Pedro to an extension before a season started why would they do it for Schilling?
  15. Show some class, man. You don't need to throw in "goddamn and f***ing" in front of writers to make your point. RIP DJ.
  16. You wish those chicken legs were in pinstripes.
  17. Where did I say it would be acceptable for Brady to not raise his child? I said since he had the child without being married to the person who is having his kid, then that projects him to be a negative role model for people. As for the second part of your argument, if you conveyed it in a way that didn't make you seem like you were 6 years old or typing blindfolded then maybe I'd address it. I honestly don't know what you're trying to tell me, so let's break it down... "children are probably born Out of wedlock more then they are born In wedlock" - I've never really heard of this, while the cases of children being born outside of marriage has certainly increased, I'd still think married couples have more children than those who aren't. I'd like to see some factual evidence on the matter. you would want children in foster care and such rather than be with there biological parents - Again, I said nothing about shirking their responsibilities as parents. I would like to see Tom Brady raise his kid, and by all accounts he is going to. But what's the image he's portraying here? As a role model...is he supposed to be having children with women he's not married to? And as for the whole "society is messed up" argument...yeah I guess you could say it is the case, but what is going to have to happen to change it? I admire Brady for accepting responsibility and saying he's going to take care of the child, but not everyone who has children outside of marriage is as financially well off as he is. it's a lot harder for an 18 year old who knocked up his girlfriend to support the child than it is for Bridget Moynahan and Tom Brady. I just think that if society as a whole is going to change for the better, then we have to bring attention to things like this. It's good that Brady accepted responsibility...but wouldn't it have been better if he and Moynahan had a kid if they were married?
  18. Didn't Wilt Chamberlain say he slept with 10,000 women? I wonder how many he got pregnant.
