  1. Probably not for another 5+ rounds at least.
  2. You're describing the exceptions, not the rules.
  3. Depends on your difference between very good and great edit - to a700
  4. Pettitte's made a career out of being lucky
  5. It's not a spacious argument at all. If he was still a capable CF, the Yankees could play him there and then play Matsui in LF, making their lineup that much better. Compared to other corner outfielders, he's just not that productive of an offensive player. Is he good? Sure. Not great, like you claim.
  6. While true, health plays a part. Saunders was better than Lackey last season....besides Lackey was already picked and I acknowledged the pick was for value above anything else.
  7. No, a .769 OPS from a catcher is average. I'm fairly confident it's above average. The whole season counts.
  8. To be fair, Imgran never said Tek's current OPS is sustainable. Just right now, he's an average offensive player.
  9. I just think calling this team a failure is a bit much. Orlando is the more talented team than Boston sans KG - he's that much of a difference maker. I also don't compare this to the Bruins because I thought that team had a legit shot to win it all - even if the Celtics won last night I didn't see them winning one game in the Cleveland series anyway. IMO, it's just Lebron's year.
  10. Any thought on bringing in Rasheed Wallace for a bench role? Powe and Big Baby are both FA. I'd explore another option outside of Powe, I doubt he'll be healthy for the start of next season.
  11. CB on the clock for two picks.

  14. Why'd this guy get banned? Seems pretty sharp to me.
  15. Helps to play in that wind tunnel. He won't keep this up and he doesn't slug enough to be a COF.
  16. How anyone can call this team a failure in light of losing KG in February is beyond me.
  17. Peoria Distillers
  18. Maybe it reduces the cost to sign them?
  19. Joe Saunders, as much as I hate him, can lay claim to the title of being the best Angels pitcher over the last two seasons. Couldn't really pass him up with my next selection, any team that has Joe Saunders as its fourth starter is pretty good.
  20. Joe Saunders, SP
  21. Did Jason Bay really try to bunt?
