Well we get Wang into a high pitch count and then start swinging at every pitch he throws I guess the sox want to keep him around longer!

We only see hansen if we needed a long man---so far it looks good that he will stay in the pen!

Am i the only one who thought that first pitch to coco hit the catcher in the head and didn't go off his bat? I replayed it (DVR) and i am sure that's what happened--but it was called a strike to him---weird! Nice hit loretta!

I am sure hansen is just here in case the sox need long relief tonight--if he isn't needed he will head back down for his next start!

ya you are right, speculation was it was foulke-----but the sox just made it official that it is hansen!

I love Cora, but why would you not play gonzo on a night when you need the best D possible with a sinker pitcher on the mound!

Doesn't matter how many injuries the sox have, it will never compare to the calamity that is the NY season thus far--at least according to ESPN This could be good, because Foulke was on pace to get more innings than ever before in his career---get him strait becuase we are going to need him down the stretch!

Well it doesn't look like beckett get's it after last night. I saw an interview with him and all he kept saying was how good the yanks were and they hit good pitches. He said he did everything right in between starts and it just wasn't his night but he would be fine. Someone slap this guy and let him know he needs to change. he has all the potential in the world, but he may never realize it if this keeps up!

I thought on one of his pitches he hurt himself--it looked like he grabbed his shoulder and tried to stretch it out. Never heard anything about it after that though--i don't think he pitched that bad today--we'll see what happens!

I always watch all the games i can---but this is getting really hard to watch especially since it's only the 3rd inning!

One other thing about beckett----he couldn't throw anything but a fastball for a strike tonight but even his fastballs were missing their location. Tek was having to move his glove all over thet place to catch his stuff tonight! Let's hope he can get it together for sat night!

No becuase Cairo was out before bernie. Just like if cairo hit it to 1st and youk stepped on the bag before going to 2nd--that would make the play at 2nd a tag out!

Try to pay attention. Tek taged out and then trew to gonzo who tagged bernie when he stepped off the bag! The umps said he kicked the ball at HP and that's why bernie was allowed to go back to first. Good thing torre came out and gave the umps that bs becuase they couldn't figure it out on their own!
