    frsutrating game, without sheff and matsui, this lineup is weak. Damon's shoulder is bugging him again and Giambi was pulled from the lineup in the 8th with a tie game. Our offense is dropping like flies....

    Rotoworld Red Sox acquired RHP Brad Baker from the Braves to complete the Franklin Nunez trade. Boston sent Nunez, another right-handed reliever, to Atlanta in spring training. Baker rejoins the organization that made him a 1999 first-round pick. He had a 2.40 ERA in 15 innings for Triple-A Richmond. It's possible that the Red Sox will take a look at him as a 12th pitcher at some point. He'll be assigned to Triple-A Pawtucket for now I faced this kid at Fenway in a HS all-star game, and he was nasty. He threw 94mph and had a wicked curveball. I still hit one off the Monstah against him, ha.
