  2. Good luck on the tickets. Enjoy the game. I'll look for you. Raining here all morning. Our worst is supposed to be from 5pm-2am.
  3. Lester at 12 and Bedard at 5. Hey stranger hope all is well.
  4. Still no line ups in the Globe.
  5. From today's Globe: ARLINGTON, Texas - As Hurricane Irene takes a path toward New England, the Red Sox are working on contingency plans for this weekend’s series against Oakland at Fenway Park. All matchupsAccording to the latest forecasts, the storm could arrive in the Boston area Saturday with drenching rain and damaging winds. For the moment, the Sox are scheduled to play Oakland tomorrow night, then in day games Saturday and Sunday. The Sox have a day off scheduled Monday, but the Athletics start a series in Cleveland that day. The teams have no common offdays in September. The expected rain Sunday could lead the teams to play a doubleheader tomorrow or Saturday. “I think they’re throwing around a lot of ideas that are just ideas,’’ said manager Terry Francona. “I know they’re trying to brainstorm.’’ A decision would have to be made by both teams in conjunction with Major League Baseball. “Nobody wants to miss gates,’’ said Francona. “The Red Sox don’t, the league doesn’t, for obvious reasons, and for competitive reasons, so do we.’’ The immediate concern for the Sox is their flight back to Boston after tonight’s game. The storm is expected to be moving up the East Coast by that point. “There was some iffiness if it got here quicker,’’ Francona said.
  6. Yes. They are here most nights and it is excruciating.
  7. AND THE YANKEES LOOOOOOOOOOOSE!
  8. Not sure..but... THE YANKEES LOSE! Sweet!!
  9. Unfortunately, some people just have to bitch, whine and moan. No matter what. Makes me sad. But that's life. Lowrie grounds out? DFA, Waive him...
  10. Covelli Crisp!!!
  11. Can't pick and choose when you score runs. It just happens. It's baseball.
  12. Yeah let's bitch about our pitching and how long a starter stays in and who they use and when. That's important when we're up 13-1 over the f***ing Texas Rangers who have owned us all season.
  13. I believe they are saving/resting them for the stretch. Don't discount Wake or Lackey.
  14. Well good for the Rangers. But I'm a Red Sox fan.
  15. Yeah, that doesn't help. Nice outting for Beckett. Nice 7th Morales!
  16. Not when their pitch count gets that high and we have a 10 run lead.
  17. Yes Girardi does. f***in' Tex
