    More anger. I have said it elsewhere, but I'll say it again that I was replying to the wrong poster. My bad. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I am going to change my user name to "2004 ALCS--The Greatest Choke of All Time."

    My, my such acrimony. I was referring to user names like "26 to 6" or "26 reasons to Hate Me." Unfortunately, I replied to the wrong poster. ARod names or other refernces to Yankee stuff is okay. I just think, as do others apparently, that the 26 to 6 and 26 Reasons to Hate Me names are intended to iiritate. The only reason it seems silly me is that those people are squawking about stuff they never witnessed or experienced. When I point out that it should be 4 to 1 or 4 reasons to hate me, you guys go crazy. Lighten up. You've seen 4 Championships. Congratualtions. When it comes to the Yankee- Red Sox rivalry, you have seen Boone stick it to the Sox in 2003, and a 5 game ALCS victory in 1999. But you also had to witness a the worst Choke in history in 2004 topped off by a terrible spanking in game 7. Then we went on to break your 1998 record fro consecutive wins in the post-season. Isn't that what you are all so angry about? I'm not angry. Whatever you want to say, I cna take it without getting mad, because until they start playing 9 game ALCS s, you can't top what was done to your beloved Yankees in 2004.

    That choke was something to see. I'm glad you were able to experience. It must have been excruciatingly painful. I hope it did suck all the fun out of the 4 WS Championships that you are old enough to have witnessed, "4 to 1."

    C'mon, are you serious? I'm an idiot? You come up with a user name which is meant to annoy Red Sox fans and then you ask why it bothers me. Why doesn't your user name compare the Yankees Championships to St. Louis, which has the second most. It is a little immature to design a user name that is meant to irritate, and then as why the intended target (Red Sox fans) is irritated.

    Figueroa won 20 or 21 games I think for the 78 Yankees. Not too many people remember him. He was overshadowed by Gator, but he was a pretty good pitcher.
