I too am excited, because a parade of minor leaguers through the rotation should result in a sub-par season. -
Do any Yankee fans still like Chase Wright's prospects? What about Karstens? I pray that our rotation stays healthy and we don't start parading our hot prospects to Fenway, because that almost always results in the team watching the playoffs from their couches. Let KC and the small markets develop the kids. When they become genuine big leaguers, the Red Sox will talk with their agents.

It's very easy to manage and win when you have 4 or 5 solid starters and lights out 8th and 9th inning guys. Now that he is without either end of the equation, he's helpless to manage to win any close games for his team. He got so used to winning being a turnkey operation that he literally forgot how to manage a game.

We are still at home where the offense has clicked. This team hsa to learn to win the away games that it is supposed to win. It can't be dropping road games to road kill teams like KC.

The players have another game today and they have to move on. The beauty of being a fan is that we can stay in the past for as long as we like. The present is for the players. The past is the domain of the fans.

Randy Johnson's 16-17 wins and 200+ k's and Sheffield's 35+ HRs and 110+ RBI for Vizcaino? I pray for these types of Yankee trades. Maybe next year they'll trade Abreu and Moose for Mike Stanton.
